I’m picky about online ordering being straightforward, and this was mostly fine. I got through the process without getting stuck, which is the main thing for me. A couple parts felt a little slow or slightly confusing, but nothing that made me want to quit. Overall, it worked well enough.

I had a quick question after I placed my order, nothing major, but I still wanted to check, and they got back to me fast. The response actually felt like a real person wrote it too, not one of those copy-paste answers, which I appreciated. I also asked about the proof at one point and they kept me updated on that, so I wasn’t just sitting there wondering what was going on. Overall, really nice service and it just made the whole thing feel way less stressful

My bobblehead showed up safe, with plenty of padding around it, which I really appreciated. The box wasn’t damaged at all, and nothing was rattling around inside, either. Overall, I’m happy with how well it was packaged.

I got a bobblehead made for my brother’s birthday, and I can say with absolute certainty it was a hit in the funny-gift department. He laughed when he opened it and seemed to really enjoy it, so that part totally worked. That said, the face was only kind of close, not dead-on like I was hoping, and the colors were definitely a little off. Shipping also took longer than expected, which wasn’t ideal. Still, he smiled and got a kick out of it, so I’d say it wasn’t a total miss by any means.

I only needed one small tweak, and after that everything looked good. I did notice the proofing process seemed a bit slower than I expected, but overall the pattern was straightforward: request the change, wait a bit, then get a solid result.

I had a good experience with bobbleheadcraft.com overall. Their communication was clear from the beginning, and whenever I had a question, they got back to me fairly quickly, which I definitely appreciated.
They also explained the proof and any changes in a way that was easy to follow, so I wasn’t really left guessing about what was happening. I didn’t feel like I had to chase them for updates, i’d probably give 5 stars for that part alone.

I wasn’t expecting it to arrive so fast, but it got here before the weekend. Happy about that.

I was a little nervous about the shipping, like... you never really know. But the bobblehead arrived on the exact day they said it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking kept updating normally too, and everything came in one piece. So yeah, happy with it overall, just really reliable delivery.

There were so many custom choices, and I ended up getting mine just about exactly how I wanted it.

I ordered a custom bobblehead from bobbleheadcraft.com and sent in clear photos from different angles, so I really expected them to at least get the main features close. When it arrived, the face was way off, the eyes, nose, and smile didn’t resemble the person at all. it looked like a generic random head stuck on the body.
I know handmade items aren’t going to be 100% perfect, but there still needs to be some accountability when the final product is this far from what was promised. For the price, I’m really disappointed, and I don’t think customers should just be expected to accept something that barely matches the photos they provided
